We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your NestMates account and associated data.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Send an email to : admin@nestmates.in

with:

- Subject: Account Deletion Request

- Your registered email address

- Your registered mobile number

We will process your request within 7 working days and send you a confirmation once your account is deleted.

WHAT GETS DELETED

- Your profile information (name, email, mobile, city)

- Your profile picture

- All your reminders and reminder history

- All your nutrition logs and food entries

- All your water intake records

- All your mood and fitness data

- All your test reports and health records

- Your family group associations (you will be removed from family groups)

- All your GPS location history

WHAT MAY BE RETAINED

- Anonymized usage data for analytics purposes

- Transaction records if required by law (for any paid subscriptions)

- Data retained for legal compliance (as required by Indian law)

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

- Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request

- Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be completely removed
