1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NestMates ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NestMates is a lifestyle and fitness management platform that helps users track daily nutrition, water intake, mood, fitness activities, lab test reports, and manage family activities through reminders, tasks, and shared features. The App helps you know your daily nutritional goals. Our database of more than 500+ foods and ingredients helps you understand the nutritional value of these foods and choose the best food for your perfect lifestyle. The Simran AI Bot, powered by OpenAI, provides instant nutritional information about foods, dishes, and ingredients, helping you make informed dietary choices. Me & My Home in Harmony.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App

  • One account per individual; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Free Trial: 30-day free trial on all plans

  • Individual Plan: ₹399/month + GST

  • Family Plan: ₹599/month + GST (up to 4 members)

  • Additional Member: ₹99/month + GST per extra member

  • Payments processed securely through Razorpay

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date

  • Refund requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Interfere with the App's operation or security

  • Violate the privacy of other users

6. Family Lounge

  • Family group admin has rights to add/remove members

  • Family data (tasks, bills, reminders, chat) is visible to all family members

  • Each family member is responsible for their own content

  • Admin is responsible for managing group membership

7. AI Assistant (Simran Bot)

  • Simran AI Bot provides nutritional information for educational purposes only

  • Not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice

  • Food database information is sourced from standard nutritional references

  • AI responses may not always be 100% accurate; verify critical information

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App, its content, features, and functionality are owned by NestMates

  • NestMates name, logo, and brand are protected trademarks

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • OpenAI: AI-powered nutrition assistant (Simran Bot)

  • OneSignal: Push notifications

  • Google Places API: Location services

  • Razorpay: Payment processing

  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability or issues

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The App provides lifestyle tracking and information purposes only

  • Not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice

  • Nutritional data is for reference and may vary based on preparation methods

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App

  • App provided "as is" without warranties

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms

  • You may delete your account at any time

  • Upon termination, your data will be removed from our systems

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time

  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

  • Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India
